Job description:
Job Title: Telecaller (Night Shift)
Location: Surat
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international clients for business development and sales purposes
- Handle both B2B and B2C client interactions professionally
- Introduce and explain company jewellery products and services clearly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups
- Follow up with potential clients to close leads and generate business
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Mandatory Requirement:
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)




- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in telecalling, international sales, or customer support is an advantage (Freshers can also apply)
