Job Title:Visual Designer

Flexibility to work in rotational shift (3 Months Day Shift & 3 Months Night Shift)

Job Overview:
Key tasks & responsibilities:
- Develop creative designs based on the brief shared by the customer. (design concepts and ideas).
- Help define the basic elements of the design (eg: brand identity, colour, typography, imagery).
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously sub-projects (creative, quality control, timely delivery).
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those needs into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Create consistent designs that are in accordance with the brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to date with industry trends to ensure designs are current & innovative.
- Work & manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines & delivering high-quality work.
- Continuously strive to improve design skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication,



or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience 1+ year as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent communication skills - ability to present ideas, explain design decisions, and collaborate with diverse clients.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shift (3 Months Day Shift & 3 Months Night Shift).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
