Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for residential property sales
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into successful deals
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners
- Stay updated with market trends and project details in PCMC

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (PCMC preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Good knowledge of PCMC real estate market
- Own vehicle preferred for site visits
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
