- Handle complex counselling cases and assist in admission closures.
- Mentor junior counsellors and support counselling quality improvement.
- Manage key student relationships and ensure enrolment conversions.
- Conduct presentations and counselling workshops for students and parents.
- Monitor counselling performance and improve lead conversion rates.
- Coordinate with branch teams to achieve enrolment targets.
- Maintain counselling documentation and reporting processes.
- Support marketing activities by participating in seminars and outreach events.
- Ensure high-quality counselling standards across all admission interactions.
