Department: Tablet/Capsule Manufacturing
Core Duties:
- Granulation: Operate RMG, FBD, and Multi-mill; monitor mixing/drying.
- Compression: Set up rotary presses; check tablet weight, hardness, and thickness.
- Capsule Filling: Run auto-fillers; monitor fill weights and shell integrity.
- Coating: Manage spray rates and pan speed in Auto-Coaters for uniform finish.
- Compliance: Follow cGMP and maintain BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records).
Requirements:
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc.
- Experience: 2-5 years in OSD production.
- Skills: Technical troubleshooting, line clearance, and shift flexibility.
