Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and workshop training for ITI Fitter students
Demonstrate practical operations like filing, drilling, tapping, grinding, and assembly
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments
Assess student performance through tests, viva, and practical exams
Maintain workshop tools, machines, and safety standards
Ensure discipline and proper use of equipment in the workshop
Provide guidance for apprenticeships and job placements
Keep records of attendance, progress, and internal assessments
Stay updated with latest industry practices and training methods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
