Role Overview

The Production Assistant will support the Multimedia Production Studio by assisting with field and studio production activities including video shoots, livestream recordings, podcasts, and multimedia documentation.

The role will provide operational and technical support to video production teams by preparing equipment, assisting with production logistics, organizing footage and media assets, and ensuring smooth execution of field shoots and studio recordings.

Working closely with the video production, post-production, and graphic design teams, the Production Assistant will help maintain productive production workflows and contribute to the creation of high-quality multimedia content for Bala Vikasa’s programs, training initiatives, events, and communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and preparing equipment for field video shoots, studio recordings, and livestream productions.
- Support video production teams during filming activities including camera setup, lighting arrangements, and audio equipment preparation.




- Assist in managing production logistics during field shoots, training broadcasts, podcasts, and institutional events.
- Help organize and manage recording environments to ensure smooth studio and field production workflows.
- Support the capture and handling of production equipment including cameras, microphones, lighting systems, and accessories.
- Assist in transferring, organizing, and archiving recorded footage and production files.
- Maintain and manage basic production equipment inventory and ensure equipment readiness for upcoming shoots.
- Provide operational support during livestream sessions and studio recordings.
- Assist post-production teams by organizing raw footage, preparing media files, and managing project folders.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of production equipment and multimedia assets.
- Support the production team in maintaining clean and organized studio and equipment storage spa
