Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Planning & Coordination

Plan and coordinate academic schedules in collaboration with the Principal and faculty.
Ensure timely preparation and implementation of lesson plans and curriculum.
Monitor syllabus completion and academic progress across classes.

2. Curriculum Management

Assist in designing and updating curriculum as per board guidelines.
Ensure alignment of teaching methods with academic objectives.
Support teachers in lesson planning and instructional strategies.
Maintain academic resources and teaching materials.

3. Faculty Coordination & Support

Act as a liaison between management and teaching staff.
Conduct regular meetings with teachers to review academic progress.
Support teachers in classroom management and innovative teaching practices.
Assist in teacher evaluations and feedback processes.

4. Student Performance Monitoring

Track student academic performance and progress.
Analyze examination results and prepare performance reports.
Identify learning gaps and suggest improvement strategies.




Coordinate remedial classes and academic support programs.

5. Examination & Assessment Management

Plan and coordinate internal and external examinations.
Prepare exam schedules and ensure smooth conduct of exams.
Monitor paper setting, evaluation, and result compilation.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in assessment processes.

6. Academic Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with education board guidelines and policies.
Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
Assist during inspections, audits, and accreditation processes.
Prepare academic reports for management review.

7. Training & Development

Identify training needs for teachers.
Organize workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.
Promote continuous learning and skilled growth among staff.

8. Parent & Student Communication

Coordinate parent-teacher meetings (PTMs).
Address academic concerns raised by parents
