Job Summary

Lord Krishna Public School, Reodhar is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Social Science Teacher to teach students from Classes 6 to 10 under the RBSE curriculum. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in History, Geography, Civics, and Economics, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students for board examinations while supporting their overall academic development.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective classroom lessons in Social Science for Classes 6-10 in accordance with the RBSE syllabus. - Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and examination papers aligned with RBSE guidelines.
- Explain historical events, geographical concepts, political systems, and economic principles in an engaging and understandable manner.
- Encourage discussion, analytical thinking, and student participation during lessons.




- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance to improve performance.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. - Evaluate and grade students’ classwork, assignments, and examinations.
- Assist in preparing students for RBSE board examinations for Class 10. - Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and academic planning. - Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, History, Geography, Political Science, or related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred or required according to RBSE norms. - Prior teaching experience in an RBSE or similar board school is preferred.
