Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in automobile service/advisor role
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicles
- Positive communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Basic computer knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Attend and interact with customers professionally
- Understand vehicle issues and coordinate with technicians
- Prepare job cards and service estimates
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow-ups
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
