Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Conduct classroom sessions in an interactive and engaging manner
- Assess and evaluate students’ performance through assignments, tests, and exams
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment
- Provide individualized support to students when needed
- Track student progress and share feedback with parents and school management
- Organize and participate in school activities, events, and meetings
- Use modern teaching methods and technology to enhance learning
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Ed. (preferred/mandatory as per requirement)




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable classroom management abilities
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching tools)
