Job Title: Accounts Executive (Plastic Injection Manufacturing)
Location: Daman (Near Vapi)
- Experience: 3-7 Years (Plastic/Manufacturing Industry Preferred)

Job Summary:
We are a premier Led Light Housing manufacturing unit in Daman, operational for 25 years with 25+ automated injection molding machines. We are looking for an experienced and competent Accounts Executive to handle end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Logistics: Managing daily sales invoicing, e-way bills, and coordinating with packing/logistics.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable: Managing vendor payments and ensuring timely collection from clients (Outstanding Management).
- Financial Records: Daily transaction recording, Bank Reconciliation, and ledger maintenance in Tally Prime.
- Taxation: GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC-04/Job work tracking) and TDS compliance.
- Reporting: Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements, Cash Flow, and assisting in Balance Sheet finalization.
- Excel Mastery:



Advanced Excel usage for daily production-to-accounts reporting and inventory management.
- Salary Sheet: Processing payroll for factory staff and handling cheque preparations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com).
- Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in accounting within the plastic injection molding or manufacturing industry.
- Mandatory: Excellent command over Tally Prime and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
