We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive (Sales) to manage client relationships and drive conversions for our wedding & event projects.
Experience in the wedding industry is preferrable.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and guide them through our services
- Understand requirements and present tailored solutions
- Convert leads into confirmed projects
- Coordinate with design and execution teams
- Ensure a smooth and premium client experience throughout
Requirements:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a client-first approach
- Ability to understand client needs and close deals
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience in sales or wedding/event industry preferred
