Responsible for production through put for assigned shop across shifts in order to meet production plan, quality, and cost objectives and agreed targets of total efficiency, minimum rejection.
- Determine requirements for material, equipment, and manpower resources.
- Operate vacuum-pressure autoclave systems for RIP bushings with SCADA control system
- Monitor critical parameters, Ensure proper curing cycle execution as per SOP, Maintain batch traceability and process records.
- Ensure proper drying cycle before impregnation, Monitor moisture removal efficiency. Control resin impregnation quality and void-free processing.
- Coordinate with stores, winding, resin preparation & machining sections for planning
- Verify curing profiles and parameter compliance
- Identify defects such as Voids, Incomplete impregnation, Over-curing / under-curing
- Support QA during process validation and inspection.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of Autoclave systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown resolution,



Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices.
- Maintain production logs and ERP entries.
- Follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Ensure protected handling of resins and chemicals
- Support ISO and safety compliance documentation.

Qualification Diploma/BE - Mechanical / Chemical / Plastic

Experience 3-5 years

Area of Experience Shop supervisory role in manufacturing or similar industry segment like Autoclave / VPI / RIP processing, Transformer or insulation manufacturing, Pressure vessel operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
