Tellesales Executive to join our growing team.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer moving requirements, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and online enquiries professionally
- Make outbound follow-up calls to convert leads into bookings
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate moving and packing quotes
- Explain services clearly (local, interstate moves, packing, storage, special items)
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with operations team for scheduling jobs
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Skills & Requirements:




- Strong communication skills in English:
- Previous tele sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Professional, polite, and confident phone manner
- Understanding of Australian customer service standards
