We are looking for a result driven Social Media Executive who can strategize, execute, and optimize engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
- Stay updated with latest trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms
- Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads and engagement
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Engage with audience, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills




- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns and analytics tools
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags strategy, and social media algorithms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and time management skills
