Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor machine performance and optimize productivity
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rejections
- Handle manpower planning, allocation, and discipline
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies
- Prepare daily production reports and documentation

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Positive leadership and team handling skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic knowledge of production planning and control
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards
