Job Title: PRT Social Studies (SST) Teacher

Location: Barshi
Reporting To: Principal

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Social Studies / EVS to Primary Classes (I-V) as per CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based and concept-oriented lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids.
- Use maps, storytelling, and real-life examples to simplify concepts.
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and report cards.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom workplace.
- Provide individual attention and support to students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school activities, trainings, and meetings.

Qualification (As per CBSE Norms):
- Graduate in Arts / Social Studies (History/Geography/Political Science)
- D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. (mandatory)




- CTET qualified (Preferred as per CBSE guidelines)

Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/recognized school.

Required Skills:
- Good understanding of EVS/SST concepts
- Strong communication skills (English preferred)
- Creativity in teaching methods
- Classroom management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Smart Board, Digital Tools)

- Ability to make learning interactive and engaging

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
