Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze current fashion trends, colors, and styles
- Select suitable fabrics, materials, and trims
- Create innovative designs for men’s and women’s clothing
- Develop sketches, concepts, and design ideas
- Work closely with production team to ensure design accuracy
- Ensure quality, fit, and finishing of garments
- Stay updated with latest fashion trends and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in fashion designing
- Strong knowledge of fabrics and garment construction
- Positive understanding of men’s and women’s fashion trends
- Creative thinking and ability to develop new designs
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus)
- Attention to detail and quality
