Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator

Building Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator who can manage our visual content and social media presence.

The ideal candidate should be able to design attractive creatives, create social media content, shoot basic product/site content, edit reels/videos, and keep our social media pages active and updated.

Responsibilities

- Graphic Designing - Create creative and professional designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Graphic Designing - Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, catalogues and promotional materials.
- Graphic Designing - Create designs for company products, projects and marketing campaigns.
- Graphic Designing - Maintain consistency in company branding and visual identity.
- Graphic Designing - Modify and resize designs according to different social media platforms.
- Social Media Management - Manage and regularly update company social media accounts.
- Social Media Management - Plan and publish posts, stories, reels and other content.
- Social Media Management - Maintain a regular content calendar.
- Social Media Management - Research trending topics, formats and ideas relevant to our industry.
- Social Media Management - Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve social media presence.
- Content Creation - Develop creative ideas for social media posts and campaigns.
- Content Creation - Write basic captions and promotional content.
- Content Creation - Create product-focused and project-focused content.
- Content Creation - Visit factory/site locations when required to capture photos and videos.
- Content Creation - Convert project work, products and company activities into engaging social media content.




- Video & Reel Creation - Create and edit Instagram/Facebook Reels and short videos.
- Video & Reel Creation - Basic video shooting and editing skills are required.
- Video & Reel Creation - Add text, transitions, music, subtitles and other basic effects.
- Video & Reel Creation - Create short promotional videos for products and projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Good knowledge of Canva
- Basic to good knowledge of Video Editing
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of social media trends
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Positive communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative tasks

Experience

- 1 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent design skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.
