Role purpose
Provide functional and configuration-level support for Pim core CMS, resolving the majority of BAU incidents and user issues without code changes.
Key responsibilities
- Triage and resolve CMS incidents classified as L2 (configuration or functional).
- Handle CMS user support including roles, permissions, workflows, and publishing.
- Perform content and navigation edits aligned to editorial workflows.
- Diagnose defects and determine L2 vs L3 ownership.
- Execute Pimcore administration tasks: assets, page tree, data objects, metadata.
- Support analytics and tracking maintenance (GA4, tags, data layer corrections).
- Coordinate third-party integration triage and vendor escalations.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates with diagnosis and resolution evidence.
- Contribute to knowledge base and known-issue documentation.
Required experience
- 4-6 years working on Pimcore CMS or similar PHP-based CMS platforms.
- Robust hands-on experience with Pimcore Admin Console and configuration.
- Working knowledge of PHP, Twig, and front-end basics for issue diagnosis.
- Experience supporting live production websites under SLA.
- Comfortable working in ticket-driven AMS environments
