Job Title: Store Executive

Industry: Glass Processing / Manufacturing
Location: Attibele, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate stock records for raw glass, interlayers, chemicals, machinery spare parts, and consumables:
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and trigger timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits (daily/weekly/monthly) and ensure variance control
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable

Material Handling & Coordination
- Ensure proper inward and outward material handling as per SOP
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and maintenance teams for material requirements
- Verify quality and quantity of incoming materials against PO and delivery challans
- Ensure proper storage practices to avoid damage (critical for glass materials)

Documentation & Systems
- Maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and ERP entries (if applicable)
- Track material movement and generate periodic MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with internal audit and documentation standards





Spare Parts & Consumables Control
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory for machinery uptime
- Track usage patterns and prevent stock-outs or overstocking
- Coordinate with maintenance team for forecasting spare requirements

Compliance & Housekeeping
- Maintain store discipline, safety, and 5S standards
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and identification of materials
- Adhere to company policies and statutory requirements

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of glass processing materials and machinery spares:
- Positive understanding of inventory control techniques
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel / ERP systems)
- Attention to detail and accountability mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational timelines

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferably in Mechanical / Industrial / Supply Chain)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in glass processing or related manufact
