The role involves managing day-to-day school operations, guiding teachers, overseeing curriculum delivery, and maintaining effective communication with parents.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Education (ECCE/N.T.T./B.Ed)
- Minimum 3 years of pre-primary teaching experience
