Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
Ensure timely and professional communication with customers
Requirements:
0-1 year experience in customer support / operations / international process (Freshers welcome)
Good spoken and written English communication
Ability to work in night shift (US process)
Solid attention to detail and customer service mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
