Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Administrative Management
- Banking & Finance: Handle deposits, wire transfers, and liaison with bank managers; maintain organized records of personal expenses.
- Taxes & Investments: Coordinate with accountants for tax filings; gather documentation for investment portfolios and maintain physical/digital financial files.
- Bill Management: Ensure all utilities, insurance premiums, and personal dues are paid on time.

2. Household & Staff Oversight
- Staff Management: Supervise household staff (cleaners, gardeners, security) to ensure high standards are met.
- Vendor Liaison: Source and oversee contractors for home repairs, renovations, or specialized maintenance.
- Inventory: Manage household supplies and handle procurement for groceries, tech, and luxury goods.

3. Travel & Logistics
- Driving: Provide safe and punctual transportation for the Principal to business meetings, social events, and airports.
- Vehicle Care: Ensure all vehicles are meticulously cleaned,



fueled, and serviced.
- Travel Planning: Research and book flights, hotels, and ground transportation; manage complex travel itineraries (domestic and international).

4. Personal Errands & Lifestyle Support
- Errand Running: Handle everything from dry cleaning and pharmacy pickups to gift shopping and event coordination.
- Gatekeeping: Manage incoming calls and mail, filtering priorities for the Principal.

5+ years in a similar role (PA, Estate Manager, or Executive Assistant).

Driving:Flawless driving record; experience with luxury/high-end vehicles.

Financial Literacy:Robust understanding of banking procedures, tax cycles, and basic bookkeeping.

Soft Skills:Absolute discretion (NDA required), high emotional intelligence, and "no task too small" attitude.
