Job Profile - Executive - Research & Development (R&D;):

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented R&D; Executive to support formulation development, production processes, and stability studies of cosmeceutical products. The role involves hands-on work in the lab and close coordination with production and quality teams to ensure smooth product development and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulation Support
- Assist in developing and improving formulations using natural and Vedic ingredients
- Conduct trials and maintain records of formulations
- Support senior team members in new product development
2. Production Batch Coordination
- Assist in scaling up formulations from lab to production
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams during batch processing
- Help troubleshoot basic production-related issues
3. Stability Testing
- Support stability studies to evaluate product shelf life and performance
- Maintain records of observations and test results
- Follow defined protocols for testing and reporting
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, trials, and batches
- Prepare reports for internal reviews and audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
5. Research & Coordination
- Assist in research on new ingredients and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Support collaboration with vendors or external partners if required
Desired Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in R&D; (cosmetics, skincare, or pharma preferred)
- Basic understanding of formulation and lab processes
- Knowledge of stability testing and documentation practices
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a hands-on lab and production environment
