Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling & Rendering: Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for FSUs (Floor Standing Units), CTUs (Counter Top Units), kiosks, and exhibition stalls.

Structural Design: Develop functional designs considering weight-bearing capacity, stability, and ease of assembly for retail environments.

Technical Drawing (Production Ready): Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings with exact measurements, exploded views, and material specifications for the production team.

Material Expertise: Recommend appropriate materials (MDF, Acrylic, Sunboard, Metal, etc.) based on the project budget and structural requirements.

Branding Integration: Ensure all designs align strictly with brand guidelines, including typography, color schemes (Pantone/CMYK), and logo placement.

Prototyping Coordination: Collaborate with the fabrication/workshop team to oversee the development of prototypes and ensure the final output matches the approved 3D design.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of 3ds Max (with V-Ray/Corona), Blender, or SketchUp.

Technical Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D layouts and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) for branding overlays.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of printing processes (large format, digital, offset) and retail fabrication techniques.

Visual Aesthetics: Strong sense of lighting, texturing, and composition to create "retail-ready" environments.

Problem Solving: Ability to design collapsible (KDF - Knock Down Fittings) units to optimize shipping and logistics costs.

Preferred Experience

2-5 years of experience in the Retail Branding, Signage, or Interior Fit-out industry.

Portfolio demonstrating successful POSM/POP projects from concept to execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
