Job Description: Field Sales Supervisor (MRO Supplies)

Industry: MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) Supplies
Experience: 1-5 years in field sales (industrial sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Visit OEM factories, industrial units, and workshops to promote our MRO products

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

Meet procurement, maintenance, and production teams to understand their requirements

Present product offerings and explain technical benefits (training will be provided)

Convert inquiries into orders and achieve monthly sales targets





Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business

Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures

Collect market intelligence (competitor pricing, demand trends, new projects)

Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, accounts) for smooth order fulfillment

Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline updates
