Job Title: Digital Growth Specialist

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
Reports To: Chief Innovation & Growth Officer

Role Overview:
Drive digital growth through performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization. Lead end-to-end growth initiatives to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital growth and performance marketing strategies.
- Manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and optimize ROI.
- Analyze metrics and run experiments to improve conversions and user retention.
- Collaborate across teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
- Identify recent tools and channels for growth innovation.

Requirements:




- 2-4 years of experience in digital/growth/performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with proven ROI improvement track record.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and execution skills.

Preferred:
- Experience in B2B/SaaS environments.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
