Job Title: F&B; Supervisor (Food & Beverage Supervisor)

Department: Food & Beverages (F&B;)
Experience Required: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of F&B; outlets (snack counters, concessions, café, etc.)
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train F&B; staff, including scheduling shifts
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement, and reduce wastage
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (FSSAI compliance)
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure proper billing, POS operations, and cash handling
- Support in achieving sales targets and upselling products
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth show-time service

Skills Required:




- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
