Key Responsibilities
- Programming & Setup: Create, load, and edit programs for Juki automated machinery based on technical CAD files, blueprints, or patterns.
- Machine Operation: Operate Juki industrial machines, managing pick-and-place components (SMT) or sewing components according to job orders.
- Quality Control: Monitor machinery to detect errors, inspect finished products, and adjust machinery to correct issues.
- Maintenance: Perform daily preventative maintenance, including cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting machine malfunctions.
- Material Management: Manage raw materials (feeders, components, thread) and ensure proper inventory handling.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3+ years of experience with industrial SMT equipment (e.g.,
Juki 2080) or computerized sewing machinery.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or sewing specifications. Basic electronics knowledge is crucial for SMT positions.
- Physical/Software Skills: Positive hand-eye coordination and capability to work on production floors. Familiarity with Juki-specific software for programming.
