Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Promote and sell IT hardware products, networking equipment, and technology solutions to corporate, government, and institutional clients.
- Identify new customers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.

Lead Generation & AMC/FMS
- Generate leads for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Facility Management Services (FMS).
- Convert existing customers into long-term AMC/FMS clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of service contracts.
- Coordinate with technical teams for smooth execution of service agreements.

Marketing & Market Expansion
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Use innovative sales and marketing techniques to capture upcoming business.




- Explore new regions, industries, and government projects within Andhra Pradesh.
- Participate in exhibitions, meetings, and client presentations.

Client Relationship Management
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
