Design Without Restraint
At WALTZ, design and engineering work together to create architectural systems that
integrate seamlessly into projects.
As our project pipeline expands across India, we are looking for a Project Design
Coordinator who will work closely with our sales and execution teams to translate
architectural drawings into technically workable system integrations.
This role is not a sales role.
It is a technical design coordination role that supports project development from drawing
stage to execution.
Role Objective
Support the sales and execution teams by reviewing architectural drawings, integrating
WALTZ systems into project layouts, and coordinating technical inputs to ensure a smooth
transition from design stage to project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural and interior drawings shared by clients, architects, and regional sales
teams
- Identify opportunities to integrate WALTZ systems such as:
- Sliding systems
- Pocket doors
- Wall panel systems
- Wardrobes
- Architectural partitions
- Prepare drawing markups and suggestions to support product integration
- Assist the sales team in preparing technically correct quotations
- Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and production teams for feasibility
- Maintain project drawing records, revisions, and documentation
- Support the execution team with technical clarifications during project implement
