Core Responsibilities
- Design Development: Create design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and detailed, 3D renderings for client approval.
- Space Planning: Analyze and design floor plans, furniture layouts, lighting, and plumbing, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Project Management: Supervise projects from conception to completion, managing timelines and site visits to ensure adherence to design plans.
- Budgeting & Procurement: Estimate costs, set budgets, and source furniture, fixtures, and materials (FF&E;).
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with health, safety, and building codes.
- Client Collaboration: Present design proposals, define requirements, and manage client expectations. Betterteam +7

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Solid skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD software.
- Creativity and Vision:



An eye for color, texture, lighting, and spatial arrangement.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and visual skills to present ideas to clients and contractors.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of structural requirements, materials, and construction techniques.
- Education: A degree or certificate in Interior Design or interior architecture. Indeed +6

Work Environment
- Designers split time between offices (creating designs) and construction sites (inspecting progress).
- The work may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs or project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
