Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling.
- Market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for business growth
- Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and preferences to improve marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain customer retention strategies to enhance brand loyalty.
- Contribute creative ideas for brand-building and promotional campaigns.
