Education Qualification and Experience:
Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Computer Engineering or allied fields OR Graduate (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.) in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Mechanical / Computer Science or allied fields with a minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory work, maintenance and related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- To assist teachers and students in conducting practicals and experiments. To prepare experiment set-up, Laboratory manuals for conducting practical.
- To assist the Incharge of Laboratory in purchase and procurement of Laboratory materials. To maintain the dead stock register with asset code of each item, coding the assets with asset numbers.
- To prepare requisitions for required material for lab and department. To keep the stock of stationary required for faculty and staff.
- To maintain student records in SAP software and library of department.
- To solve problems/ troubleshoot to PC, laptop, printers, smart-boards, network issue,



wifi connectivity issue with the help of SVKM IT Helpdesk or respective vendors. Maintaining all lab PC and faculty’s PC record (mouse sr. no, keyboard sr. no, IP addresses).
- To assist in conduction of Unit Test, assist faculty in collection and documentation of Term work and to perform supervision duties of Mid Terms/End Semester Exam.
- To assist the Incharge of the laboratory in routine administrative matters and to ensure that the laboratory facilities are not misused by any person.
- To report about breakages/losses in laboratory, to his superiors.
- To supervise the work of the Laboratory Attendant allocated at the respective floors.
