We are looking for a Field Representative to support on-ground customer interactions and assist families during scheduled home visits. The role involves introducing customers to relevant programs and helping them understand available services in a simple and clear manner.

This position requires someone who is comfortable interacting with people in person and can communicate information clearly while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled home visits and interact with customers during the visit.
- Briefly introduce customers to relevant programs and services.
- Answer basic questions and help customers understand the perks.
- Assist with simple sign-up or onboarding steps when required.
- Maintain basic records of visits and customer interactions.




- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with in-person customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Self-motivated and responsible.
- Basic smartphone usage for managing customer information.

Preferred
- Prior experience in field work, customer engagement, or sales-related roles.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹30,897.34 per month
