Key Responsibilities:
Manage and build robust relationships with FMCG buyers (domestic & international)Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsHandle end-to-end order management from order placement to deliveryCoordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth executionTrack orders and provide regular updates to clientsHandle export documentation (invoice, packing list, shipping documents, etc.)Ensure compliance with export processes and timelinesFollow up on payments, deliveries, and client requirementsResolve client issues proactively (delays, damages, or mismatches)Support pricing,
quotations, and basic negotiations with clientsMaintain records, reports, and account performance dataIdentify opportunities for repeat business and client growth
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in FMCG / B2B / Export industry preferredStrong communication & negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple clients and prioritiesProactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
