Key &Responsibilities;:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customer
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Explain services and persuade customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up daily leads and ensure closure
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused approach
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities
Qualification:
- Graduation
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
