Job Title: Dispatch Executive (E-commerce)

Location: Faridabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 1-3 Years (E-commerce preferred)

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000/month + Incentives
- Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive who can ensure all orders are shipped on time, accurately, and without errors.

This role is critical to maintaining fast delivery, low RTO, and high customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Order Dispatch
- Manage end-to-end order dispatch process:
- Ensure all orders are packed and ready before courier cut-off:
- Prioritize urgent and same-day deliveries

2. Courier Coordination
- Coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, etc.)
- Schedule pickups and ensure smooth handover
- Follow up on delayed or missed pickups

3. Dispatch Accuracy
- Verify:
- Correct product
- Correct quantity
- Correct shipping label
- Ensure zero wrong shipments

4. Order Tracking & Issue Handling
- Track dispatched orders
- Resolve issues like:
- Shipment delays
- Lost shipments
- Address problems

Inventory Coordination
- Work with inventory/packing team
- Ensure stock availability before dispatch
- Avoid dispatch delays due to stock mismatch

6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily dispatch reports:
- Orders dispatched
- Pending orders
- Delayed shipments
- Update management regularly
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Same-day / next-day dispatch rate
- Dispatch accuracy (error-free shipments)
- Courier pickup success rate
- Reduction in dispatch-related delaysRequired Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce / warehouse / dispatch operations:
- Strong coordination & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets:
- Familiarity with Shopify / order panels (preferred)

- Experience with multiple courier partners:
- Understanding of RTO/NDR process:
- Experience in D2C brand operations
