Required Qualification
- Degree / Diploma / B.E. related to Civil Drawing or Drafting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil drafting
- Experience in residential/commercial building drawings preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings
- Draft plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings
- Modify drawings as per site changes and engineer instructions
- Prepare layout drawings, bar bending schedules,
and detailing
- Maintain drawing records and documentation
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and site teams
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes and standards
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory):
- Knowledge of structural and architectural drawings
- Basic understanding of RCC detailing and construction methods
- Valuable knowledge of drafting standards and symbols
