We are seeking an experienced, capable, and motivated Advocate Associate to join our legal team. The Associate will be responsible for supporting our litigation department, with a focus on:
- Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- Writ Matters
- Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)
- Arbitration (domestic & international)
- Real Estate Matters

Key Responsibilities:




- Handle and manage litigation cases in various legal forums.
- Conduct trials, draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and negotiate settlements.
- Represent Client in court hearings and arbitrations.
- Research legal issues and provide effective legal strategies and solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
- Collaborate with senior advocates and other associates on complex cases.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in Marathi language is required.
- Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- 5-7 years of experience in litigation, particularly in DRT, NCLT, RERA, Arbitration, and Real Estate matters.
- Comprehensive understanding of legal procedures and court systems.
