Position Overview
The NTT Teacher will be responsible for nurturing and educating pre-primary students (Nursery, LKG, UKG) through play-based, activity-oriented, and experiential learning methods. The role focuses on developing early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, social behavior, and emotional well-being in a safe and joyful environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-way, and experiential learning activities
Teach early concepts of language, numbers, colors, shapes, rhymes, and stories
Foster social, emotional, and physical development of young learners
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
Use teaching aids, toys, flashcards, music, art, and storytelling effectively
Observe, assess, and document students’ developmental progress
Encourage positive habits, discipline, manners, and values
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the classroom




Communicate regularly with parents about child development
Participate in school events, celebrations, training programs, and meetings

Qualifications & Experience
NTT / ECCE / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (mandatory)
Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pre-primary teaching (preferred)
Understanding of early childhood development and pedagogy
