Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based, and experiential lessons
Foster literacy, numeracy, communication, and life skills
Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom setting
Assess students’ academic and developmental progress regularly
Maintain lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and student records
Encourage creativity through art, storytelling, projects, and hands-on activities
Use smart boards, digital tools, and teaching aids effectively
Maintain discipline while nurturing confidence and curiosity
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
Participate in school events, assemblies, training programs, and meetings

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
D.El.Ed / B.Ed (mandatory)




Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at Primary level (preferred)
Strong understanding of child psychology and age-appropriate pedagogy
