Roles:
- Book domestic and international flight tickets as per client requirements
- Provide accurate fare quotations and flight options to clients
- Handle ticket reissues, cancellations, and refunds
- Coordinate with airlines for ticketing-related queries and resolutions
- Ensure timely confirmation and delivery of tickets
- Maintain proper booking records and documentation
- Assist clients with post-booking support and travel queries
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-3 years experience in flight booking / travel industry preferred
