Location: Hyderabad - Fortis India (DOWC Technologies Pvt. Ltd.)
Reporting:
- Functional: Project Manager / Product Team
- HR: General Manager, India

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of Fortis systems and platforms. This role requires hands-on testing skills, strong ownership, and the ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify issues early and support smooth releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end system testing, regression testing, and release validation
- Understand business workflows and test real-world user scenarios and edge cases
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and defect reports:
- Identify, log, track, and retest bugs until closure
- Work closely with developers and the project manager to clarify requirements and expected behavior




- Validate fixes and ensure no impact on existing functionality
- Support UAT coordination when required
- Contribute to improving overall QA processes and testing standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in manual QA / software testing:
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA lifecycle:
- Ability to write clear and structured test cases:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Valuable to Have
- Basic knowledge of databases or APIs
- Exposure to test management or bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
