Job Description: Tele caller

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for product inquiries, offers, and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls related to electrical products, home automation, and services.
- Explain product details such as lights, fans, switches, wires, appliances, etc.
- Generate leads and schedule customer visits to the showroom.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales and feedback.
- Maintain daily call records, customer data, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with showroom sales staff and service team.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets.

Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge preferred).
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly voice.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps).
- Sales-oriented mindset and ability to convince customers.
- Knowledge of electrical products will be an added advantage.

Working Hours:
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off

Pay: ₹9,462.88 - ₹20,000.00 per month
