Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage online website orders:
- Confirm orders with customers via call or WhatsApp
- Maintad / Delivered)
- Coordinate with dispatch and courierin and track order status (Pending / Shippe partners:
- Handle basic order-related customer queries:
- Update orders on the website admin panel (Shopify or similar platforms)
- Maintain daily order reports and records
Eligibility & Skills Required:

- Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
