Job Description:
As an Equity and Derivatives Trader at BlueKnight Capital, you will play a crucial role in executing trades and managing our equity and derivatives portfolios. You will work closely with our research and analysis teams to make informed trading decisions and optimize our trading strategies. This role requires a solid foundation in finance, a keen eye for market trends, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Trade Execution: Execute equity, derivatives and Commodity trades across various markets and asset classes,



ensuring timely and accurate order execution.

Developing and implementing trading strategies that align with the firm's risk-adjusted returns profile, with a goal to generate alpha returns, while being market uncorrelated. Trading strategies should be diversified across index as well as stock options and should be a mix of positional as well as market neutral strategies.

Risk Management: Monitor and manage trading positions to control risk and optimize portfolio performance.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, news, and events that may impact trading strategies. Conduct research to identify potential trading opportunities.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the research team to develop and refine trading strategies, both quantitative and qualitative.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal trading policies and procedures.
