Social Media & Marketing Executive - TOSTEM by CAPITOLINE

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence for TOSTEM by CAPITOLINE (Japanese Aluminum Doors & Windows).
The primary objective of this role is generating enquiries and supporting the sales team through social media and Google platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

Instagram
- Plan and post regular content (photos, reels, stories)
- Handle DMs and comments promptly
- Convert social media conversations into enquiries

Facebook
- Post updates and promotional content
- Respond to messages and enquiries

YouTube
- Upload shorts and videos
- Write titles, descriptions, and manage basic thumbnails

Google Business Profile (Very Important)
- Upload photos, videos, and posts regularly
- Respond to customer reviews and Q&A;
- Ensure maximum visibility to generate calls and showroom visits

Marketing & Enquiry Generation




- Generate leads/enquiries from social media and Google platforms
- Share all enquiries with the sales team in real time
- Coordinate internally to track enquiry status and closure
- Support basic campaigns, offers, and promotional activities

Content Creation
- Capture photos and videos at showroom and project sites
- Perform basic editing using mobile or laptop tools
- Maintain posting consistency (daily / weekly as planned)

Who Should Apply
- 0-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
- Willing to travel to showroom and project locations when required
- Proactive, responsive, and result-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
